Responsibility
- Administer and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in the IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration, maintenance, and support.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud services, and storage solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
