Responsibility
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications and IT systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and optimize network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Participate in system upgrades, data migration, and backup procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Contribute to documentation of IT processes, user guides, and technical manuals.
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Assist in database management and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Engage in cross-functional projects to enhance digital workflows and automation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) or IT frameworks.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking concepts.
