Responsibility
- Lead and perform complex aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with approved data and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve aircraft technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, including those set by local and international authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules and projects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize aircraft performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, including EASA, FAA, or equivalent standards.
- Proven experience with aircraft systems, avionics, and structural components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior engineers.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
