Responsibility
- Design and engineer high-efficiency HVAC systems tailored for AI Data Center environments, ensuring optimal thermal management and energy efficiency.
- Develop and review technical specifications, schematics, and layouts for HVAC installations, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and IT teams to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly with data center infrastructure.
- Conduct thermal load calculations, CFD modeling, and performance simulations to validate system designs.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implement predictive maintenance and monitoring strategies to maximize system uptime and reliability.
- Optimize HVAC operations for cost reduction, sustainability, and carbon footprint minimization.
- Provide technical guidance and training to on-site teams and stakeholders on HVAC best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC system design, with a focus on data centers, mission-critical facilities, or industrial cooling.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML data center cooling solutions, including liquid cooling, immersion cooling, or free cooling technologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for HVAC design and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, LEED certification, and energy-efficient design principles.
- Experience with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools and thermal analysis software.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
