Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Enforce strict adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and site personnel to uphold best practices in civil engineering.
- Oversee material procurement, equipment maintenance, and subcontractor performance.
- Implement sustainable construction methods to minimize environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMI, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural design, and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permit processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
