Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of control systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS) for semiconductor and industrial applications.
- Oversee project execution, including system integration, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineering teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, schematics, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for high-voltage and automated systems.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams on system operation and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in industrial automation, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in control systems engineering, preferably in semiconductor or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider) and SCADA/HMI development.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with system integration, testing, and validation in compliance with ISO, IEC, or SEM standards.
- Familiarity with motion control, servo systems, and robotics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
