Responsibility
- Assist in the design and planning of plantation infrastructure, including roads, drainage systems, and irrigation networks.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess construction needs and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Collaborate with field teams to monitor construction progress and address technical challenges.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for engineering projects.
- Support the implementation of environmental and safety regulations in all civil engineering activities.
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and services.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the agricultural or plantation sector.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in remote locations and adapt to field conditions.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites in Sulawesi and Kalimantan.
