Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, malfunctions, and breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams to execute scheduled and emergency repairs efficiently.
- Develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives to enhance equipment lifespan and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical components, motors, and control systems using specialized tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to recommend upgrades or modifications for system enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies during all maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NFPA 70E) is a plus.
