Responsibility
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain automated test systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues in test systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance protocols and documentation to improve system efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend upgrades or modifications as needed.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new test equipment and software.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in automated testing and semiconductor manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or project experience in equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Strong understanding of automated systems, PLCs, or test equipment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
