Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance on electrical systems, including machines and utilities, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner, utilizing wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
- Inspect, test, and maintain 3-phase electrical systems, control panels, and gensets to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with the production team to address electrical-related challenges and support operational efficiency.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with 3-phase electrical systems, control panels, and gensets.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and their application in an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to electrical work (e.g., PUIL, OSHA).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
