Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for preventive, corrective, and predictive tasks.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of scheduled activities.
- Monitor and track maintenance work orders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Utilize maintenance management software to log, update, and report on maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency and impact.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies related to facility maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance scheduling, preferably in a facilities or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in facility maintenance.
