Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and testing of advanced mechatronic systems, ensuring they meet technical specifications and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to integrate systems and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement control algorithms and software for mechatronic systems, ensuring seamless operation and reliability.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects, providing technical insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the prototyping and manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support their professional growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechatronics engineering, with a focus on system design and integration.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or LabVIEW for control systems and automation.
- Experience with embedded systems, sensors, actuators, and real-time control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
