Responsibility
- Oversee daily waste processing operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for material resource optimization and waste reduction.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of waste processing technicians and operators.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to streamline waste management processes.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in waste management or processing operations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing site-based teams.
- Strong knowledge of waste processing technologies and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
