Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual promotion and event calendar aligned with mall business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end event production, from initial conceptualization and vendor coordination to on-ground execution.
- Collaborate with internal leasing and retail teams to drive tenant sales through targeted promotional initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare, track, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure high-efficiency spending and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing activities through KPIs, conversion tracking, and foot traffic analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Advertising, Promotion, or Event Management, preferably in the retail or mall industry.
- Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing, digital advertising, and social media trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proven capability in budget management and financial reporting.
- Creative mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
