Responsibility
- Develop and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Integrate AI tools (such as Runway, Topaz, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly) into the standard production pipeline to enhance visual effects and speed up workflows.
- Edit raw footage into engaging stories, ensuring a polished final product that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative strategists to brainstorm visual concepts and trends.
- Execute complex motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to elevate brand presence.
- Optimize videos for various aspect ratios and platform specifications (TikTok, Reels, YouTube).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI video technology and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Designer, preferably within a digital agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative editing, visual effects, and a keen eye for storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video and image generation tools.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats that drive engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain creative quality.
- Good communication skills in English and a collaborative spirit.
- Residency or willingness to work full-time in Ubud, Bali.
