In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with our audience to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and create memorable shopping experiences in real-time.
As our Live Stream Host, you will not just present products; you will act as a brand ambassador who brings our offerings to life. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in front of a camera, quick-witted, and capable of maintaining high energy levels throughout multi-hour broadcasts. Responsibility
- Conduct engaging live stream sessions on various platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram) to showcase and demonstrate products.
- Actively interact with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing concerns in real-time to build community trust.
- Develop creative content ideas and scripts to ensure high viewer retention and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream content with ongoing promotions and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the technical setup of streaming equipment, including lighting, audio, and platform interface.
- Drive sales targets by utilizing effective persuasive selling techniques and promotional calls-to-action.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in broadcasting, public relations, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Proven track record as a live streamer, influencer, or sales presenter.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluently and confidently in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
- High energy, creative mindset, and a genuine passion for digital entertainment.
- Comfortable with technology and fast-learning capabilities for new streaming tools and platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by the campaign schedule.
- Professional grooming and a confident on-camera presence.
