Responsibility
- Assist the creative strategy team in brainstorming innovative content ideas for diverse client campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and creative opportunities.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to bring campaign concepts to life.
- Support the drafting of pitch decks, creative briefs, and performance reports.
- Monitor social media engagement and gather consumer insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Participate in internal creative workshops and strategy sessions.
- Help manage administrative workflows to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into creative concepts.
- Proficiency in basic presentation tools like Google Slides or Canva.
- A proactive learner with high attention to detail and a passion for advertising.
- Ability to work full-time in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Jakarta.
