Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence for educational programs or institutions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with local and international standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, finance, faculty) to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, including contract negotiations and service level agreements.
- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports for administrative functions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all administrative records and student/institution databases.
- Provide high-level support to senior management, including meeting preparation, minute-taking, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record in process optimization, policy development, and team leadership.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, educational regulations, or international accreditation standards is a plus.
