Responsibility
- Monitor and coordinate project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of shipments, testing phases, and administrative milestones.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to align on project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, reports, and compliance records.
- Identify potential bottlenecks or risks in project workflows and propose mitigation strategies.
- Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status and progress.
- Conduct regular audits of project processes to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and post-project reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in project coordination, administration, or a related field, preferably in logistics, construction, or manufacturing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to zero-error execution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, or subcontractor management is advantageous.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
