Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Liaise with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve inquiries.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and budgets to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide support for HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with university policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting is a plus.
