Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate office correspondence, including drafting, editing, and distributing emails, letters, and memos.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing professional and courteous assistance to callers.
  • Coordinate office supply inventory, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a corporate or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office equipment is a plus.
