As part of our growing team, you’ll manage delivery schedules, coordinate with drivers, and maintain accurate records to optimize our distribution network. Your ability to navigate Bali’s diverse areas—from the bustling streets of Kuta and Denpasar to the serene landscapes of Ubud and Nusa Dua—will be key to our success. Responsibility

  • Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes for couriers across Bali, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Manage online administrative tasks, including order tracking, client communications, and documentation.
  • Liaise with drivers and clients to resolve delivery issues and provide real-time updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery times, and client feedback in digital systems.
  • Optimize delivery routes using local knowledge of Bali’s geography (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran).
  • Assist in preparing reports on delivery performance, fuel consumption, and operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations for all courier activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) is required; car license (SIM B1/B2) is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to ride a motorcycle; experience driving a car is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s key areas (e.g., Denpasar, Badung, Nusa Dua) and traffic patterns.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and comfort with digital tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or administrative roles is a plus.
