Responsibility
- Manage customer inquiries and orders through our online platform with professionalism and efficiency
- Photograph new inventory and accurately update product listings across all digital channels
- Monitor and maintain real-time stock levels to prevent overselling or shortages
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Track and analyze online sales performance, preparing regular reports for management
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings
- Implement promotional strategies and update website content as directed
- Maintain organized digital records of all transactions, communications, and inventory changes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce administration, online retail, or similar roles
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Tokopedia, Shopee)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Basic photography skills and familiarity with image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs)
- Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
