Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, approval workflows, and payment processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline AP operations.
- Reconcile AP sub-ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, and Treasury, to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Prepare and present AP aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and other financial analyses to senior management.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and address inquiries or disputes professionally and promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax knowledge is advantageous).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume AP transactions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote setup with a self-driven, results-oriented mindset.
