Responsibility
- Oversee daily finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax filings in accordance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage.
