Responsibility
- Monitor and control the company's budget to ensure alignment with planned financial targets and organizational goals.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to provide insights into budget performance and variances.
- Collaborate with department heads to review budget proposals and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize budget utilization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all budget-related activities.
- Support the finance team in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of budgeting tools and systems to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget control, financial planning, or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
