Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial statements, invoices, and expense reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Monitor and maintain inventory records, coordinating with relevant departments for accuracy.
- Handle collections by following up on overdue accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to management as required.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, both digital and physical.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
