Responsibility
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage cash flow forecasting to optimize liquidity and support strategic financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax filings and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard corporate assets.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or corporate accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven expertise in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local financial regulations in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced corporate environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
