Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate seamless audits and tax filings.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and vendor relationships to optimize working capital.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational and clinical objectives.
- Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations, healthcare industry standards, and tax laws affecting the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; a CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (healthcare sector experience is a plus).
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance (IFRS/GAAP).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of process improvement and cost optimization.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
