Responsibility
- Manage middle and back-office treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and financial product operations.
- Oversee hedge accounting processes, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Optimize and maintain SAP systems to enhance financial workflows and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to stakeholders.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in backend operations or treasury management.
- Proficient in SAP (FI/CO modules) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of hedge accounting, financial instruments, and IFRS compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with global teams.
- Experience in a multinational or treasury center environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
