Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes and leverage technology for automation.
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and compliance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Experience in managing payroll and benefits administration in a multi-entity environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive change, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with the IT or professional services industry is highly desirable.
