Responsibility
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) to streamline financial operations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial data.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting, AP/AR, or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, or SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP is a plus.
