Responsibility
- Manage and monitor the full cycle of Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment allocations.
- Reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy between internal records and external statements.
- Generate and analyze AR aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement collection strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to receivables for management review.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account records in the ERP system.
- Communicate professionally with clients to confirm receipt of payments and address inquiries.
- Assist in the development and improvement of AR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of AR administration processes, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
