Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline purchasing and financial processes.
- Provide administrative support for financial and procurement-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or purchasing roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
