Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and month-end closings.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data is available for stakeholders.
- Support audit preparations by maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) to streamline financial operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance (internships count!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in English.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
