Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Assist in accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including aging reports, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as required.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, or full-cycle accounting.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations in Indonesia or Malaysia.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is advantageous.
