Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for construction projects.
- Develop and implement cost-control strategies to optimize project profitability and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, taxation laws, and industry standards.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costing, budget adherence, and financial performance.
- Manage treasury functions, including liquidity planning, investment strategies, and risk assessment.
- Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement in financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting for large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience in treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
