Responsibility
- Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate and timely entries.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payments.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding statements of account to ensure timely collections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Strong understanding of general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
