Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget forecasting
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payment transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support tax compliance activities and prepare necessary documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (training provided)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting profession
