Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic business decisions and budgeting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements in Indonesia.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational company or remote team is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local financial regulations is a bonus.
