Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to conduct internal audits and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by compiling and analyzing financial data.
- Prepare and submit tax-related documents under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to streamline financial tasks and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new financial tools and methodologies.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
