Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain full set accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in compliance with local GAAP/IFRS.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to support liquidity planning.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in a corporate or SME environment.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
