Responsibility
- Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements for group entities in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to aid strategic decision-making.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff to uphold best practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and month-end closing.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax laws preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
