Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with tax advisors to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and optimize tax strategies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance against KPIs.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multinational or regional company is highly advantageous.
