Responsibility
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions with financial insights.
- Optimize accounting systems and software to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local Indonesian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-growing company is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
