Responsibility
- Maintain accurate financial records through meticulous bookkeeping and data entry.
- Prepare and submit tax filings in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support audits by providing necessary financial documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certification in accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
