Responsibility
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the accounting team in reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for tracking expenses, budgets, and financial forecasts using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with senior staff to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in auditing financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management review, summarizing key financial insights.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or coursework in finance/accounting is a plus.
