Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns (PPN, PPh, etc.) in compliance with Indonesian tax laws using Coretax software.
- Maintain and update tax records, ensuring all documentation is organized and readily accessible for audits.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile financial data and ensure alignment with tax obligations.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a focus on tax-related components.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities to resolve discrepancies or inquiries.
- Provide support to the sales team by ensuring tax compliance in invoicing and transaction processing.
- Identify opportunities for tax optimization and cost savings while maintaining full legal compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Tax Administration, Admin Sales, or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in Coretax software and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPN, PPh, etc.) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, regulations, and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (preferred).
