Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions and reporting in accordance with local and international standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and train junior finance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is a plus.
