Responsibility
- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies in all financial transactions.
- Manage and optimize the RAMP system for efficient accounts payable operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on accounts payable activities and aging.
- Lead process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on accounts payable best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with RAMP or similar accounting software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
